The Waltham Family School is a Family Literacy Program for families with young children that prepares children for Kindergarten and provides English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) education to their parents. Our families have remarkable strength and dedication, and are
eager to embrace the community, fuel their children's success, and forge a bright path ahead.
Since 2003, Waltham Family School has changed the lives of over 500 families that have had limited educational opportunities.
Our Mission
Through an inclusive and culturally responsive model, Waltham Family School aims to provide families a strength-based educational environment where adults and their young children have access to high quality educational, leadership, and community engagement opportunities.
Our Vision
Waltham Family School envisions a future where all families have equal access to high quality educational and leadership opportunities within their school, work, and local communities.
